Installation Guidelines

Location & Mounting Height

The installation site must be level and secure.

It is recommended that the cabinet be mounted at a height of at least 50cm from the floor to ensure sufficient clearance for maintenance and inspection.

Fixing & Load-bearing

When securing the cabinet, use M6–M8 expansion bolts.

Ensure that the tightening force is distributed evenly across all four corners; this is essential to prevent structural deformation caused by uneven stress.

Operational Protection

Handle with care during transport and installation.

Avoid heavy impact or dropping to prevent structural deformation or damage to the surface finish.

Sealing & Pressure Testing

Ensure all pipeline connections within the cabinet are leak-proof and secure.

A hydrostatic pressure test of ≥0.8 MPa must be performed post-installation, and the system must successfully maintain this pressure without dropping

FAQ

Q1: Can we customize sizes and branding based on specific European market requirements?

A: Yes, absolutely. In addition to our standard 400×680×110mm dimensions, we offer full dimensional customization to accommodate various manifold specifications. As part of our professional OEM services, we can adjust cabinet sizes to your exact requirements while ensuring the structural integrity and protection performance (IP54) remain uncompromised.

Q2: Do you support custom surface treatment colors, such as specific RAL codes?

A: Our products undergo a rigorous three-stage coating process or utilize high-grade imported outdoor powder for electrostatic spraying. This premium surface treatment not only ensures superior anti-corrosion performance but also provides the technical foundation to support specific color customization, perfectly aligning with your brand’s Visual Identity (VI) system.

Q3: Does the cabinet provide adequate protection for high-value automation components like thermal actuators?

A: Yes, absolutely. Our cabinets are specifically engineered to provide a secure housing for sensitive components, including manifolds, piping, valves, and thermal actuators. The robust 1.0mm structural frame acts as a high-strength shield against physical impact and dust ingress, ensuring the long-term operational safety and reliability of your automated control systems.

Q4: What are the advantages of Aluzinc (Aluzinc-coated steel) compared to Cold Rolled Steel?

A: Due to the superior oxidation resistance of Aluzinc, it significantly reduces the need for touch-ups or cabinet replacements caused by corrosion from surface scratches. This ensures long-term structural integrity and a pristine appearance, even in high-humidity environments.

Q5: How can we ensure the sealing integrity and safety of the system after delivery?

A:Post-installation, all internal piping connections must be verified as leak-proof and secure. A mandatory hydrostatic pressure test of ≥0.8 MPa must be performed, with the system successfully maintaining this pressure (holding steady) to ensure operational integrity.
