About the function, this ball valve is used to control the water open or closed, often connect together with manifold use in water heating or cooling system. When ball valve is used to connect the heating pipes for supplying and returning water in various ways during heating, you can see clearly these data of the table that flow through over the all system, include water temperature and pressure.
In order to prevent corrosion from oxidation, manifold valve with gauge is generally made of corrosion-resistant pure copper or synthetic materials. Commonly the materials are used in copper, copper nickel, nickel alloy, high temperature plastics and so on, also make better processing on surface to protect by nickel-plated or chrome-plated.
The inner and outer surfaces of the ball valve(including connectors, etc.) shall be smooth and no cracks, blisters, cold lap, slag, and unequal roughness. The surface plating connections shall be uniform in color and the plating shall be firm and may not be deplated.
