The low-temperature operation of the boiler will cause frequent start-ups and backflow of condensed water into the furnace, which will shorten the life of the boiler and increase energy consumption. Therefore, the optimized floor heating system needs to be equipped with a water mixing center. The floor heating water mixing center can protect the boiler and prolong the service life of the boiler. Because the operation of the boiler is started and stopped by detecting the temperature difference between the supply and return water, when the other heating areas are out of service at night and only one bedroom is used for heating, the heating pipeline is relatively short and the water supply and return speed is fast, resulting in frequent start and stop of the boiler. The heating requirements are not met, and the gas is wasted in vain. The floor heating mixed water center increases the flow rate of heating water and improves the heat exchange effect. There is a circulating water pump in the mixed water center configuration. Its additional function is to increase the flow rate of the heating water and increase the heat exchange rate, thereby accelerating the heating time of the floor heating and saving gas.
