Product Description
Return valvefor controlling the fluid in the emitters of heating systems.These special valves can be converted from manual to thermostatic operation by simple replacement of the adjusting knob with a thermostatic control head. This means that the ambient temperature of any room in which they are installed can be constantly maintained at the set value. These valves have a special tailpiece with rubber hydraulic seal, permitting quick, safe connection to the radiator without the use of additional
sealing materials.
Principle of operation
The return valve opens the plastic handwheel,and the valve core is rotated by a 6mm inner hexagon plate to play the role of opening and closing.
Installation method
Return valve must be installed in horizontal position
Warnings: Return valve is installed incorrectly， two faults:
1) The presence of vibrations similar to hammer blows is caused by the fact that the
fluid passes through the valve in the direction opposite to that indicated by the arrow on thebody. To eliminate this malfunction, it is enough to restore the correct flow direction.
2) When the return valve is opened / closed, the existence of noise is due to the high
system pressure difference. In order to solve this problem, it is recommended to install a
variable frequency water pump, a differential pressure regulator or a differential pressure
bypass valve at the same time.
