1. Protect the floor heating pipe.

When the pressure difference exceeds the set value, the valve will open and part of the flow will be Since then, to ensure that the pressure of the floor heating pipe group does not run at overpressure. That is to say, if the inlet water pressure is high, it can bypass the floor heating pipe and directly return to the return pipe. When the inlet water pressure is low, it will be closed, so that the pressure difference between the inlet and return water should not be too large to protect the floor heating pipe.

2. Protect the function of circulating pump and wall-hung boiler.
In the wall-hung boiler and air source heating, because the intelligent type is used, it is often encountered that the water flow needs to be turned on and off frequently according to different temperatures. The increase of the water flow and the reduction of the pressure instability caused to the closed circuit will affect the boiler and circulating pump The life span is greatly reduced.
There are two reasons for the failure of the pump of the floor heating boiler, holding the pump and burning the pump. When the water return of the manifold is closed or partially closed, the water can not return and the pump will be held. , Working without water will cause the pump to burn.

3. Prevent debris from entering the floor heating and anti-freezing
It is used to protect the floor heating pipe group when the central heating system is started or purged. When the central heating system is started or purged, the circulating water may contain a lot of silt and rust. At this time, close the main valve of the sub-collector and open the bypass to prevent the sand-containing water from flowing into the floor heating pipe.
When the floor heating pipe is temporarily overhauled, if the main valve of the branch and water collector is closed for a long time, and the bypass is opened, it can prevent the inlet pipe from freezing.
