Product Description

1.working principle

the temperature control valve head sets the mixed water temperature and operates according to the pointer’s corresponding temperature mark; the temperature sensing package measures the mixed water temperature,and controls the mixed water ratio and the mixing temperature through the power part in the temperature control valve head;the front end receives the water separator,dividable control of high temperature heat sinks and towel racks for return water;undistributed water collectors. Controlled floor heating warm water is not higher than 60℃。The by-pass is used to ensure the minimum flow at the primary side and stabilize the primary pressure differential to avoid high temperature faults and water flow faults of the unti,affecting the heating effect,saving 20% energy,small installation volum,and optimal concentration control heating system.

2. Features

1.Sensor type mixed water cooling system. Through the temperature control sensor, the proportion of hot water and water is controlled by the temperature control package. The main body is forged, high-density, stable and reliable. And can increase the flow rate through the circulation pump, accelerate the heat dissipation effect can be used with all kinds of floor heating manifold;

3.Proportional integral control water temperature, temperature difference ± 1C

4.Inching function: the shield pump is inched for 30 seconds every week to prevent the pump from locking due to 

long-term stagnation;

5.It has the functions of filtration, drainage and exhaust, which is convenient for cleaning, overhaul and maintenance.

6.It has its own low-temperature protection function. When the water temperature is lower than 35 ° C, the system water pump stop, thus effectively protect the pump will not be dry and damaged the pump

7.It adopts the intelligent panel control, which can execute the system work by weekly programming setting, smart panel can automatically control the whole heating system to run automatically every hour a week
